About

UPDATED 02009Nov14

I’m not sure how to say, without sounding like a total douche bag, that I use a pseudonym for a project that has never even been read by another person.  In light of that, if you ever see the name J. L. Ehrler floating around, you can be sure that it is in fact me, Joseph Snodgrass.  Oak & Stag (short for The Old Oak and Stag Ltd.) is the 5th edition of Possible Stimulus, or SNDTRKS (or other names).  It also is the overhead name for my musical side projects (namely, The Lights Galaxia) and my net label, Luxus-Arctica records International.

.  I am a Humanist/Rationalist

.  I am a member of the Long Now Foundation (currently)

.  I am also an Aquarius.

.  I am a student.

.  I have refered to myself as an ambient revolutionist (a self generated term).

.  I am a music snob.

.  I am a Liberal Elitist (another self generated term).

.  I am only marginally funny compared to what people think.

.  I am an asshole.

.  But in the best way (if there is such a thing).

.  { listening to “Airfield” by Adverb from their “Monument” EP }

.  I am the founder of Lounging Sound radio (now no longer my radio station)

.  I am the founder of The Lights Galaxia, a music project.

.  I am the owner of Luxus-Arctica records International, a net label.

.  I am currently managing two children, Henry and Adelaide.  Shout out!

    That comment above (from readnshare) is Spam. I like people to think it’s real though. …. I guess I just gave it away there. In any case, I would like to state that an asshole can be good on the level of comparison to a dickhead. I am rarely a dickhead and virtually only for the sake of comedy. Of course, if you’re being a dickhead, it’s not really funny. If you’re an asshole than your like… a funny negative person.
